Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Everything Stripe's own checkout offers wherever you're paying from — cards, and often more, depending on your country.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Billing, with one click. You keep the plan and everything left in it until the period you already paid for ends — cancelling never takes back time you paid for.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing you've already made is affected — every size, every re-render and every export stay free and unlimited. Starting something new pauses until your monthly credits renew, or you can add a pack any time.
Do credit packs expire?
No. A pack you buy is kept until you spend it, and it is only drawn from after that month's plan credits are gone.
What if a generation fails or doesn't finish?
Nothing is kept and nothing is charged — a failed run costs the same as one you never started.
Can I get an invoice for a payment?
Yes — every charge has its own invoice, linked from Settings → Billing.
Can I switch between Pro and Max later?
Any time, from the same page. Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the difference added to what you already have; switching to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.
